I was introduced to the telemarketing industry back in 2015 as a cold calling agent. At the beginning of my career, telemarketing seemed to be a very complicated business to me. As the time passed and I got the opportunity to work on several other positions, that's when I experienced the true potential of sales and marketing. The idea of building Freedom BPO was to establish an organization that meets all the modern TeleSales requirements. My journey has not been a simple journey of progress. There have been many ups and downs, and it is the choices that I made at each of those times that have helped shape what I have achieved. For example we have quadrupled our work force and have embarrassed diversity & gender balance. We have become one of the leading provider of telemarketing leads all across the united states.Looking ahead, we are focused on accelerating the execution of our growth strategy while continuing to build on the strength of our service in helping our clients share knowledge and create innovation and in bringing positive change to the lead generation industry. I am incredibly excited about this journey and truly believe the best of Freedom BPO is yet to come.
